Contacting the store

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, and message so we can respond to your enquiry. Please do not send payment details or other sensitive information.

Messages are sent to our business inbox. The website does not save a separate copy in a database. Our hosting, security, and email providers process the information needed to protect the form and deliver your message. We keep correspondence as needed to handle your enquiry and business records.

Security and service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser information to help detect bots. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Google reviews

The website may load reviews, author details, and profile images from Google Maps. Links to read or write reviews open Google. Google’s services are subject to Google’s privacy policy. We do not collect your Google password or publish reviews on your behalf.

Website analytics

We measure page and product views, product selections, link clicks, search result counts, scroll milestones, visible focused time, and confirmation that a contact message was accepted by our email service. We never collect search text, contact fields, IP addresses, full referral URLs or query strings in analytics. We store known public catalog paths, general source and screen-width categories, and approximate country, region, city and Richmond-area grouping supplied by Cloudflare from the network connection. These estimates may be inaccurate, particularly for mobile networks and VPNs. We do not request GPS access or store coordinates or postal codes. When Cloudflare supplies a bot score, we retain only a broad likely-automated or likely-human category; otherwise the signal is marked unavailable. This is not proof of a human visitor or customer. A random event identifier prevents duplicates and does not identify a visitor. IP addresses are used transiently to limit abusive requests.

Optional session analytics are off until you choose Allow optional analytics in Analytics preferences. They use a random identifier in session storage in this tab to connect activity and preserve the general campaign source across page loads. A session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or 24 hours, whichever comes first. New tabs normally have separate sessions, although browsers may copy session storage when duplicating a tab. Your analytics preference is saved in local storage; use Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page to change it. Declining leaves aggregate events unlinked. We use no analytics cookies, persistent visitor identifier, advertising profile or session replay.

We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals regardless of your choice. Event records, including optional session identifiers, are deleted after 90 days; older daily aggregate totals are retained for up to 365 days. Marked test records are excluded from reports and deleted after seven days. Counts are available only in our private business dashboard on Cloudflare. These counts do not establish purchases, store visits, completed calls or unique people.

To ask about your information or request that correspondence be deleted, email contact@chesterfieldbeautifull.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
